The crystal genius of the Munich Bundesmachine

Very soon, on January 23, 2015, one of the greatest masters of dribbling and technology in modern football, and we are talking about midfielder Bayern Munich Arjene Robben, will turn 31 years old. For a football player of an attacking role, you see, quite a lot, the majority at this age lose their condition, their speed decreases, in general, the career begins to decline. But not Robben – his speed passes, his magnificent strikes, before which the best goalkeepers of the world are powerless, lead to the admiration of even people who are indifferent to football. When you see how easy it is, at breakneck speed, it passes along the flank of its opponents, stringing them one after the other, like a kebab, and then bursts into the center and finishes it all with a cannon-shot, non-vibrant blow with his magic left, it seems that you are watching an episode from computer game.

How did an ordinary boy from an ordinary Dutch city turn into a brilliant “magician” ball ?! Much has been written about his career and there is no reason to repeat all these statistics once again. Let me give you the words of Arjen himself: “When you demand a lot and almost impossible from yourself, this is the most correct approach. I made myself in football myself, dedication and will helped me become who I am today. I always wanted to be the best, while not having any natural features or gift. I have come to everything myself by painstaking work! ”

Indeed, how much willpower and effort one needs to have in order to rise and go forward even after so many injuries and stops in his career. Just imagine, when he played the first season for Real Madrid, then, being a player in the starting lineup, due to injuries, he had only 21 meetings! When “Bavaria” bought this amazing football player from Real Madrid in 2009, many wondered why they needed such a “crystal” performer ?! He’s more treated than playing! But, in the very first season for the “Munich”, Robben closed his mouth to all ill-wishers, becoming the best football player in Germany. That season, the Dutchman scored 23 goals in all tournaments, which, you see, is just a great result for a player of his role. Here is what Arjen himself later said about this season: “Surprisingly, this is one of the best seasons in my career. I felt comfortable in Munich from day one. And this is the main reason for the fact that throughout the whole season I was healthy and in good shape. ”

After the player moved to Bavaria, it was not clear how two such similar and different players would play like Arjen Robben and Frank Ribbury. Initially, even somehow it did not work out. One by one they created the game, but when they came out at the start together, they somehow started to look pale. Of course, the strong characters of both players played their role in all this. What is their fight in the locker room, after the match of the UEFA Champions League 1/2 final, against Real Madrid! After which Robben said: “Frank knows that what he did does not fit into any framework. All this cannot be positively evaluated and there is nothing to rejoice here. ”

robben2 But time puts everything in its place and soon they became like two complementary particles of a German machine. In a recent interview to a question about relationships with Frank Ribbury, Robin answered with a smile: “I cannot say that I regularly drive up to his house for a cup of coffee. We just see each other so often in the team that there is simply no need for it. But to see him here, on Zebenerstrasse, or on the Allianz Arena, is always a joy! We are on the field perfectly understand each other, and I hope this will last for a long time. ”

Now in the history of crystal genius all is well. Bavaria still wins all, not giving even strong skeptics to doubt its strength. Mutual understanding, professionalism and diversity of the players of the Munich club on the football field do not cease to amaze. And the arrival of robben5Guardiola made the game “Bavaria” even more confident and, most importantly, much more diverse. Not so long ago, in one of the interviews, the Spaniard, responding to a question about Arjen Robben, replied: “During my professional career, I saw perhaps one or two players who had such incredible professionalism and mentality as Arjen. I am very glad that there is Robben in our team, and I am just in love with his game. ” Yes, and the football player to treat Pep with great respect. “Our coach is tactically strong, confident that he is the person who is able to help me and other players add. I’m sure Guardiola can still teach me a lot and help me climb a new step in my career, ”he said in an interview.

I hope, I am even sure, if the injuries are bypassed, then the Dutch star for at least a couple of years will delight fans of Bayern Munich and all fans of this exciting game, with their incredible technique and very beautiful goals.

Recently, Robin in general declared to one of the German publications: “Probably, Bavaria will be the last club in my career. We have a fantastic team, and I am glad to be part of it. The future looks bright.
